How well do Rayzon solar panels perform at high temperatures?
The performance of any solar panel in high temperature can be analyzed by its temperature coefficient of power.
It measures the power loss in the solar panel with every degree in its cell temperature beyond 25°C.
It is negative in value (indicates power loss) and the units are %/°C.
The power loss can be calculated using the following formula:
Power loss (%) = (cell temperature - 25°C) x temperature coefficient of power
The cell temperature is usually 20°C to 30°C above the ambient temperature.

When I say the ambient (surrounding) temperature is 30°C, the solar cells might be performing at 50°C or 60°C.
