Your thoughts and actions have ripple effect on not only you but also on others surround you. Any thought of yours either positive or negative is carried forward by the other person and pass on the next person and then to the third person and it goes on; however its intensity starts decreasing. It is same as throwing stone in the still water; the ripples generated starts spreading with increasing circumference. This process is called the chain reaction of thoughts either positive or negative.
Any one of us capable of creating chain reaction of thoughts but how many of us are capable of creating chain reaction of POSITIVE thoughts?

Now, the question is how to remain positive and create a chain reaction of positive thoughts in the surroundings? Well, there are certain activities which we need to practice in our daily lives and these are as follows: (1) Search for the possibilities in the every situation

The positive outcome can be that you boarded another bus and got a chance to interact with new co-passenger and you have a great interacting with him and you share your contact numbers. A positive environment is created. So, it is all about accepting the situation and conditioning your mind to search for the possible opportunities lying in your path. Your quest for searching for the hidden opportunities will generate positive thoughts in your mind that will create a chain reaction in the mind of others. The people around you will get influenced in the same manner you get influenced by your thoughts. Therefore, create a possible mindset; it acts as a catalyst which creates a chain reaction of positive thoughts and it has the capability of attracting people, ability to have longer conversation with them and enthusiasm to sail through the difficult situation with positive energy. (2) Use the power of the appreciation
The appreciation is something which has energy to make the impossible thing, a possible thing. Your words of appreciation have the power to infuse positive thoughts into others, which is reflected in their behavior and work. An under appreciated person has low productivity than the rightly appreciated person with the same amount of qualities and the caliber. Appreciation and praise gives a person a happy feeling of acknowledgement about her/his work. The right & genuine words of appreciation stimulates the brain of a person in a positive way and it responds with positive actions which in turn motivate others to do the same and hence triggers a chain reaction of positive thoughts.

When you participate and involve yourself with others, you tend to become more understanding about the process and the problems faced by others. As you become more understanding, others will attach themselves with you and they start sharing and enjoying their work.

:How many of us love watching movie stars? I think almost each one of us. Why we love to watch them? It is not because of their acting but mainly because of their personality. It is true that a healthy and fit body attracts everyone’s attention in public. It emanates a kind of positive vibrations which makes everyone in the surrounding to get influenced and you end up giving a glance to it. A healthy body, without even interacting with anyone has created a positive and attractive environment that grabbed everyone’s attention in the surrounding. A healthy body is a result of maintaining healthy life style and a regular exercise.
