If you are in great health then this world seems very beautiful, you cherish every relationship and feel like conquering the world. Your health is a very valuable living asset and you should not take it for granted rather invest your time and money regularly to keep it in great form.
I will discuss the ways in which you can have great health by judiciously investing your time and money.
Know your body parts and their functions
Before starting anything, first, you need to invest your time knowing the body parts, the different functions they perform and their requirements to keep it in the great form.
We are multi-cellular organisms having very complex design and each organ in our body is assigned to do the specialized function. The collective performance & synchronization among these organs enables our body and mind to work effectively and efficiently.
If any of the vital organs are not working properly, is a sign of the fatal consequences in near future.
The following are the vital organs without which the body cannot survive:
