When you start new as a Blogger or an Online Entrepreneur, you avoid paying upfront fees for any service. It’s right because either your revenue source is yet to be started or is very limited and you do not want any upfront cost initially.

Signup with Instamojo
It is very easy to upload your digital products and set up an Online store on Instamojo. As you are new to the gateway, you have to first signup, click on the Signup
After pressing the signup tab, a new window will open, taking you to the next step. Signup as a Business because you will be selling your products.
You can sign up using Google account or Facebook account or can signup using your e-mail id and creating a password.
You can sign up using any of the above-mentioned options depicted through yellow arrows.
Login to dashboard
After signing up now you can log in to your dashboard by simply clicking on the Login button, just adjacent to the signup button shown in the first screenshot.
Your dashboard will look something like as shown below:
I have painted the names of the buyers in order to keep their identity confidential.
Upload your documents
Go to the Settings tab as follows:
Here, you can see the number of settings options like:

Adding your digital product
You can see 2 options in the blue tabs (shown in the above screenshot) on the left of the dashboard like Create Payment Link and Add Product.
We will go to the Add Product option to upload the first digital product. When you click on this option, a new screen will open asking you to add the product.
You should select the Digital Product tab button for uploading your digital product like E-book. Thereafter, you can upload your file from any of the following sources like:
Once you upload your digital product, now you can write the Product Title and can set the Price of the product or can make it free or can set the base price and make the customers pay what they want.
Write the engaging and crisp product description of your digital product mentioning its features and benefits. A great product description attracts more visitors.
You can select and add up to 5 images of your product.
(*Remember, the recommended size of the images is 312px x 224 px and the supported formats are PNG, JPEG, and JPG.)
You can give customized experience to the buyer by writing options under Advanced Settings:
You can leave it for now as you will receive confirmation through an SMS for any successful transaction a customer makes through Instamojo gateway.
Further, we have SEO options in which you can optimize the search using the right title, keywords and description so that visitors can even find your product on Google search when they are searching something similar to your product.
After filling all the relevant details press the add product button. Your product is now pending for approval and very shortly if everything is alright it will be live and ready for sale for your audiences.
(After verification of your KYC documents and the products, your online store will be approved by Instamojo; Don’t worry it is a very easy process, taking not more than 48 hours to get all things done)
Do more with your uploaded product
Once your account and the product is approved, you can see it under live products and it will look something like shown below:
You can embed the checkout button using Embed Button on your blog, offer discounts to your buyers through Discount Codes, and can make affiliates of your digital product using Affiliates button.
You also have an option of editing or making it inactive.
There are 2 options one is a Remote checkout option and another is Checkout with Instamojo. Under Remote checkout, when the visitor clicks on the BUY NOW button, the payment form pops out, asking to fill the details to get the digital product.

When you use Checkout with Instamojo, then the visitor is first directed to the page which is shown below:
You can see that it has features like Buy Now, SHARE on social media, it also offers the option to visitors of becoming an Affiliate of your product. You can set the commission as per your choice. Under DESCRIPTION, the visitor can see the product description .
Thereafter, when s/he clicks on the BUY NOW button, the payment form pops out.
So, it is up to you whether you want a remote checkout or checkout with Instamojo.
When you make a sale of your first product, I wish it happens soon 😊, Instamojo deducts 5% of the sale amount + taxes and transfer the remaining amount to your bank account.
For example, I made a sale of my digital product on March 22, 2019, priced at Rs. 699/-. I received Rs. 657.75 into my account after deducting 5% instamojo fee 5% of Rs. 699/- = Rs. 34.95 and 18% of Rs. 34.95 as the tax amount of Rs. 6.30/-.
It’s cool as I have not paid any setup fee and maintenance fee to Instamojo and only paying 5% of the price whenever I make a sale.
