No one is untouched by the feeling of depression and it has become one of the major health concerns for all of us. Each one of us experience depression in our lives and it drains our energy and time. Yes, it’s true that dealing with depression and getting out of it is not easily but with small steps and consistent efforts you can definitely beat depression and emerge out as a winner.
We spend most of the time thinking whether we are walking, talking, eating, sitting, listening or seeing anything. Although, we are physically doing all these mentioned activities but our mind is absent; it is thinking something else. Doctors say that don’t think too much as it is one of the reasons for hypertension and worries.
Imagination is our ability to create or make mental pictures of the objects, things, people, situation and events which are either not existed or may have existed in the past. For example you can enjoy a cup of tea in your mind, you can imagine watching a movie or going to picnic with your friends. You can imagine anything like past events or the new ideas, negative situation or positive outcomes (A strong personality tries to restrict the negative thoughts to the maximum extent); it is solely your choice and decision.
